PIECES AND PATCHES QUILT GUILD ACTIVITIES

The Guild has many ongoing activities occurring throughout each program year.  Check below for descriptions of the various activities available to you as a guild member.

Demonstrations

Free 15 minute demonstrations are offered at each guild meeting to provide “how to” ideas for guild members.  These demonstrations are facilitated by individual guild members who are willing to share their skills and expertise with the guild. Typically they are held at 6:15 and 6:40 with the regular guild meeting starting at 7:00 p.m.

Open Sew Days

Open Sew Day will be the second Tuesday of every month and will be from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. It will be at the Toy House Community Room located in Christoff’s Floor Covering, 400 N. Mechanic Street in Jackson. This is a great room for sewing. It has lots of windows with great lighting and an outside entry door with a loading zone for easy unloading and loading. Everyone that has attended a past open sew there has loved the room.

We will try and have charity projects available to work on or you can bring your own project(s). Please try and join us. You don’t have to come for the whole day, drop in for as long as your schedule allows. It really is fun and a great way to get to know your fellow Guild members.
