Overnight Retreat

May 2026

It’s that time of year once again and I am putting together our Spring Retreat. This year we will be having our Spring Retreat at the Sauder Heritage Inn. Everyone loved Sauder Village so much at the September Retreat, that they asked me to hold the Spring Retreat there too!

Our Retreat will be as follows:

Location: Sauder Heritage Inn, Archbold, OH

Dates: May 28-31 Thursday-Sunday

Cost: $260.00 per person includes:

4 days, 3 nights @ the Heritage Inn

Hot breakfast will be provided every morning by the Inn,

all other food is on your own.

Sewing is in the Homestead Room B. The room will be available from Thursday @ 10am to Sunday @ 3pm.

Threads of Tradition Quilt shop is on location at Sauder Village for your shopping needs. The Barn Restaurant is just across the parking lot and has great food and you can’t miss the Doughbox Bakery for a snack. There are also many other local restaurants near by.

I will be taking the $50 deposit at the October Guild meeting. This will hold your place. The $50 deposit goes toward the final payment which will be due by Feb 15, 2026. ( The cut off date for canceling your place will be Jan 15, 2026. After that, the $50 will no longer be refundable.) If you are paying by credit card, there is a 2.6% service charge. When you send in the full cost of the retreat, you will be considered registered. Please make checks payable to: Pieces and Patches Quilt Guild .
